Registration conditions

Before registering on this advertising platform, you must unconditionally agree to the following terms and conditions.

• You solemnly declare that you and the persons in your advertisements are over 18 years of age and meet the age of majority, if you are located in a state in which the age of majority is set differently from the regulations of the Slovak Republic, you confirm that you meet all the conditions of adulthood in that state, that access to these sites is not restricted and/or prohibited by the regulations of the state in which you are located and/or of which you are a national
• You solemnly declare that you will not provide or directly or indirectly allow access to your registration or materials obtained on this advertising platform to third parties, persons under the age of 18 or other persons who do not meet these registration conditions.
• You solemnly declare that all services advertised or offered in your advertisements are legal, voluntary and none of the participants perform them under duress or coercion.
• You solemnly declare that you are not conducting unauthorized business within the meaning of the Trade Licensing Act and the Criminal Code, and that you are not committing any acts within the meaning of the Criminal Code, and you assume full legal responsibility for your advertisements and their content.
• You solemnly declare that your advertisements will not incite criminal activity or violation of the law, violence, racial, religious, ethnic or other intolerance
• solemnly declare that you will not publish any text, image or audiovisual materials that contain child pornography, promote violence, abuse or coercion, contain depictions of sexual violence or humiliation of persons, violate the privacy or rights of third parties, e.g. intimate materials published without the consent of the persons concerned, you will not disseminate personal data, photographs or telephone numbers of third parties without their express consent
• You solemnly declare that your advertisements will be in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic and the rules of our platform, you unconditionally respect and agree with the code of ethics of this advertising platform, which sets out clear rules and limits, and you undertake to comply with it.
• you are registering voluntarily, without coercion, solely for the purpose of advertising legal services
• You assume full responsibility for any damage caused by creating a registration or publishing an advertisement, which means that no claim for compensation for damage or non-pecuniary damage can be made against the operator of this advertising platform.
• you agree to the management, processing and storage of your e-mail address and telephone number in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act
